For the fastest diagnosis, include your Phase Seq version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened.
Before reporting a problem
- Confirm that you are using the latest available version of Phase Seq.
- If the issue involves audio, note whether you were using the phone speaker, wired headphones, Bluetooth or an external audio interface.
- If the issue is repeatable, include the shortest sequence of steps that reproduces it.
- For save or load problems, mention whether the item was a full SONG save or an instrument preset.
Recordings
Phase Seq records the app's own master output. Finished recordings can be exported as AAC or WAV through the standard iOS share sheet.
Saved material
Phase Seq stores songs, presets and related app state locally on the device. A full SONG save contains all eight scenes. Instrument presets save and load the active scene's instrument patch.

Phase Seq does not collect personal data, use advertising or include third-party analytics. See the full Privacy Policy.
