Phase Seq for iOS
Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
Privacy at a glance
Phase Seq does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. The app does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technology or user accounts.
Data collection
Phase Seq does not operate a server and does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos or other personal data.
Local app data
Saved songs, presets, settings and recovery data are stored locally on your device within the app's storage. This information is used only to provide the app's save, load and recovery features.
Audio recordings
Phase Seq can record its own master audio output to AAC or WAV files. It does not record microphone input. Recordings remain local unless you choose to share or export them.
When you use the iOS share sheet, the service or app you select may process the shared file according to its own privacy policy. Phase Seq does not receive information about what you do with the file after sharing it.
Tracking and advertising
Phase Seq does not track you across apps or websites and does not include advertising SDKs.
Apple services
Apple may process App Store, purchase, device or diagnostic information independently as part of iOS and App Store services. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and settings.
Children's privacy
Because Phase Seq does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If Phase Seq's data practices change in a future version, this policy will be updated to describe those changes before or when the relevant version is released.
